COTSR history
Like many churches, this one began as a home bible study group. From this seedling bible study, God grew a church.
Pastor Sam Lacanienta founded this church and became it's full-time pastor in May of 1998. In 1999, our name was officially changed from The Filipino-American Church of South Orange County to The Church on the Solid Rock.
We are an independent, Bible-believing church, where the Bible is the sole authority for our faith and our conduct.
