Pastor Sam is the founding pastor of Church on the Solid Rock. In the beginning of July 2004, he and his wife, Ida, answered God's call to go back to the Philippines as missionaries for the organization, Word of Life Philippines, Inc. Pastor Sam is currently the Pastor Emeritus for The Church on the Solid Rock.
